Wellbeing First for Healthcare
ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare is a coalition of 30 interdisciplinary, cross-sector national organizations coming together to harness our collective strength and make a lasting impact for our healthcare workforce’s mental health and wellbeing.
Led by the Dr. Lorna Breen Foundation, the ALL IN coalition is dedicated to advancing a state where the healthcare workforce’s wellbeing is prioritized, and health workers feel valued and supported so they can sustain their sense of purpose and meaning in their work. By making beneficial progress to support health workers’ mental health and wellbeing, we aim to strengthen our healthcare systems and secure a healthier future.
Health Workers Have the Right, Too
“Health Workers Have the Right, Too” is a campaign by the ALL IN: Wellbeing First for Healthcare coalition. The initiative empowers health workers to access the mental health care and support they may need while equipping employers, policymakers, and other decision-makers with resources to eliminate systemic barriers to mental health care.
By working together, we can build a system that prioritizes mental health for those who care for us, ensuring health workers can access mental health care without fear of repercussions.
